10/22/2009 - President Obama signs Executive Order 13514, Executive Leadership in Environmental, Energy, and Economic Performance
On October 8, 2009, The Federal Register published a copy of Executive Order 13514, an eleven page document signed by President Barack Obama on October 5th, mandating specified reductions to greenhouse gas emissions as a priority for Federal agencies.
